Vehicle was in excellent condition other than steering wheel air spring cover which had a smashed emblem. As part of the agreement, that logo was to be replaced. First time around they ripped the logo off hammered it out on a desk and then super glued it back on. I was told that otherwise they would have to replace the entire steering wheel. I called xx - They regularly replace airbags on these as part of recalls and should be able to replace that cover. Turns out they can and ultimately replaced the cover - emblem and all. They left super glue bottles in the cup holder when I picked up the car... Not sure where the trouble originated, Sales was fine, and ultimately, the Service Manager supported me (Explained to the an unknown person in charge up front that they agreed to fix and that what was done was unacceptable) to get the issue corrected. Unfortunately, I found out a that he was no longer employed there a few days later. More
Did the oil change/tire rotation I requested but I won't go there again. They gave a huge laundry list of recommended items (several thousand dollars' worth) and no guidance about what was actually needed go there again. They're probably great at servicing new cars, but not old ones - they aren't strategic about what work will prolong a car's life vs. what's unlikely to be really needed before the lifespan ends. I couldn't talk to the mechanic and the service person wasn't helpful for this. More

The sales person I worked with was very good and would recommend him to find another dealership to work for, he is too good for this place. The time to get things taken care of was your old time typical way to long and keep stalling because they don't want you to see all their extra charges not to forget that they inflated the price that was posted online. Instead of make me aware of the increase I had to call them out on the fact. Looking at the charges of $1000 for dealer doc fees I feel was way out of line. Nice car but I would never look at a vehicle from them. More
