Bob rhorman suggested that my Subaru, which would get 30-25mpg prior to an exhaust system change, was getting 15mpg after the replacement because it needed a 1300 dollar tune up. Which included things like brake fluid replacement. The capacity of these mechanics to preform reaches as high as whatever the software they use tells them is wrong. Anything that requires critical thinking should not be taken here :) More
