I work for another local dealership but came here the since my vehicle is a Subaru. I came in and the service advisor was very nice and pleasant but never got a receipt for the first service.l, was told since my vehicle is a Subaru. I came in and the service advisor was very nice and pleasant but never got a receipt for the first service.l, was told I would get it emailed. After a week I went back to get a receipt they still weren’t able to provide me with one so I just gave up. More

The dealership did not have anything to offer to service customers, except water. I had a special coupon that I made the service representative aware of, as soon as I arrived. When the service was done, a customers, except water. I had a special coupon that I made the service representative aware of, as soon as I arrived. When the service was done, and I got home I realized that the coupon had not been reflected in the final billing. When I returned to the dealership she did take me down to the accounting office to get the adjustment. I just don't trust the process at the dealership. I also find the cost prohibitive for most procedures. More
