Carra was my service rep the day I had a unrepairable tire. Post covid meant that supplies were low, so the tire wouldn't be available for a couple of days. I also had other stressors, and Carra quickly saw my distress and found a way to have a free loaner vehicle from the dealership for me to use. It was really quite amazing, and I was so very thankful! Started out super easy and smooth. Then i wasnt even asked for downpayment. 2 weeks later i get a call asking about it. Then told because i was out state my plates would be mailed. Instead i get a letter a week before the temporary is expired stating im responsible. Normally not and issue but when that wasnt clearly stated to me when i purchased it made for more of a headache then the cars worth. All in all no communication from the dealership end and all around general sense they didnt care. Just wanted to sell the car off quick. More
