Paper plate expires before I even received my paperwork in the mail, so parking downtown my van got towed because plates were expired and I hadn't even received my paperwork to get it registered. $300 doll in the mail, so parking downtown my van got towed because plates were expired and I hadn't even received my paperwork to get it registered. $300 dollars out of my own pocket to get my van out. Carra was my service rep the day I had a unrepairable tire. Post covid meant that supplies were low, so the tire wouldn't be available for a couple of days. We have no second vehicle, I lived 25 mi. away tire. Post covid meant that supplies were low, so the tire wouldn't be available for a couple of days. We have no second vehicle, I lived 25 mi. away in the country, and my work required I drive into town and home 5 days a week. I also had other stressors, and Carra quickly saw my distress and found a way to have a free loaner vehicle from the dealership for me to use. It was really quite amazing, and I was so very thankful!
