Very friendly staff, accommodating, kept me informed while I was there for my oil change. But… I was charged for a new oil plug as they said the old one had been ruined and needed replaced. I’ve only ha while I was there for my oil change. But… I was charged for a new oil plug as they said the old one had been ruined and needed replaced. I’ve only had my oil changed TWICE…. Both times being at this dealership…. If something happened to it, it must have been done by one of your service guys. ALSO, for the past 2 months, every time I start my car, I get an error message via Starlink. I asked the service department about it while I was there, and was told to just “redo the app and start over”…. Not sure how to do that and it still happens with every start… really thought someone could walk me the unit while I was there. More
