They do not return your phone calls after the sale is over. They tell you that you are financed, and then they cannot make up their minds. I purchased a used vehicle and was told that they had everything they needed, and furnished them with all the paperwork they requested. I signed the paper work on a Saturday, then picked up the car on the following Monday, after 11 AM. So if they needed anything else they should have requested it before I left the lot with the vehicle. Then 4 days later I ended up having a blow out, and had to purchase 4 new tires, the headlights all had to be replaced, the battery went dead the following week, and now it needs another $1,000.00 for a Catylytic Converter. They put down Capital One as my Lienholder, but I called them, and they said that the paperwork was returned. So I do not know who my finance company is. I will post more when I know more, this is ridiculous. I have spoken to an attorney, and have been told that I will have to sue them. This is not the buying experience I have ever had, and did not expect from this dealership. More
I stopped in to take a peak at a used car. I was approched bye a very chipper and pleasant gentleman named Tom. He apparently is the Pre Owned manager there. That has never happened before. I spoke with tommy for about a half hour, he was a nice gentleman to speak with. He introduced me to a salesman named josh. Josh was very informative and seemed pretty motivated to help me find the car that fit my needs. They were fireing on all cylinders that day. They were extremely busy (it was a saturday) and I feel like they couldnt have done a better job finding something to suit my needs. They were very attentive to my budget and gave me a geat deal on my car (trade) and as equally a good deal onthe vehicle I purchased. Tom and Josh has earned a lifelong cusotmer out of me and they have been doing a good job folowing up with me and answering all of my annoying questions. They certainly fit the bill for an outstanding dealership. They are on key when it comes to customer service. Icant wait to get my next car, And I can guarantee it will be from those guys! More
I would not go back to this Subaru. They tried to give us half price on our trade in and came back 10 minutes later doubling their offer because they knew that they would loose a sale. When I arrived to pick up the car they had none of the paperwork done and we had to wait for an extra hour past our scheduled pickup time. The only thing that kept me there was the fact that Subaru cars are very nice. I would never go to this dealership again and I would not recommend it to anyone. More
My experince with Bob Rohrman Subaru was exceptional! The staff was more than excited to help me answer all of my questions. I believe the mans name ws ryan, but either way I was pleasnatly surprised at how delightful of a man he was. IT was a stress free experince and I will never go anywhere else. THANKS BOB ROHRMAN SUBARU! I LOVE MY LEGACY! More
