I was told by the service desk man that anything less than a perfect rating is a failure. That’s ridiculous. How do you expect to get any feedback or keep workers if they aren’t able to mess up without b than a perfect rating is a failure. That’s ridiculous. How do you expect to get any feedback or keep workers if they aren’t able to mess up without being labeled a failure. Overall the experience was fine. It took a while to get picked up after my car was finished even though I was at Burberry APT complex down the street from Rohrman’s but overall the attendant was nice and the service was decent. I still don’t trust Rohrman’s with my Prius had a bad experience having to take my car back in after getting a filter replaced but I hope for your service and price to improve. More
