Not great communication I dropped my car off at 8:50am with the understanding that a shuttle would be able to take me to work since there are no loaners available. After 30 m I dropped my car off at 8:50am with the understanding that a shuttle would be able to take me to work since there are no loaners available. After 30 minutes I was informed that a shuttle wouldn't be ready until 10am. The potential for a delay like this needs to be communicated to customers that are on their way to work. 5 hours later (2pm) I still hadn't received any word on my vehicle. I had to call to find out what work needed to be done. No ETA provided. 2 hours later (4pm). I receive a text that more work needs to be done. No ETA provided. I call, ETA: 5pm. 5pm: I receive no call or text. I call. Service reception can't reach my rep. Offers to get tech and call me back. Calls back when car is ready 30 minutes later. Really not impressed with the level of service at Bob Rohrman Subaru. More
