The technician did list some things recommended and she pointed them out (which is fine), but absolutely no pressure of any kind to schedule the items. I've been a mechanic for many, many years and fully realize what "Needs" o be done versus "What dealer recommends". I had to bring my car back in for an issue that they caused. I then showed them a picture of where the leak was coming from and they assumed they weren’t the problem. Trying to make me pay for an issue you caused and didn’t even check to see until the customer said something. I am never bringing my car back here. Not to mention how long it takes to get an oil change and other simple tasks. Completely a waste of time bringing my vehicle here. More
