To be charged 25 dollars for labor to change a cabin air filter and then another 25 dollars to change the engine air filter is not a fair price to me. For an oil change, tire rotation, complementary multi filter and then another 25 dollars to change the engine air filter is not a fair price to me. For an oil change, tire rotation, complementary multi point inspection, a complementary car wash and to change the cabin and engine air filters I paid $244.63. I don’t know the fair price of these services but this seems steep. I’m torn on recommending this service center. My service advisor Was very professional, kind and courteous. 5299 Jenny Scott. I noticed that these advisors are extremely busy. To the point they’re eating they’re lunch at the service desk. Give them their breaks away from the service desk. They deal with all customers, take care of them. I also overheard derogatory conversations about a female customer from the sales management are, had she or her husband heard these conversations there would be a lawsuit for sure. Clean house in that department. Makes me wonder what is said about my wife when we aren’t in earshot... More

We sent e-mails to multiple dealerships within ±150 miles and Jordan was prompt and gave a competitive price without haggling (on either vehicle price or trade-in value). Made an appointment to come in and finalize the deal. We possibly could have saved a $100-$200 dollars by driving another 2 hours round-trip from our house, but chose to work with Jordan as he was the most understanding and willing to put a deal together quickly.
