I brought my car in. I was told one price. When we went to pick it up. Was told a much higher price. It got taken care of. Lucky for me, their inventory included exactly what I was looking for. Mark worked with me online, and later by phone, to make me an offer. My experience picking up the vehicle was perfect. All steps were taken to assure that I felt safe as far as social distancing. All paperwork was laid out on a table, a new pen was provided, the car was sanitized...AND, Mark was a wonderful person to work with.
