Picked up a Nissan Pathfinder from this dealer and the customer service was great, but the day after I took the car home I began to have issues with the vehicle. Took the car into Nissan only to find out customer service was great, but the day after I took the car home I began to have issues with the vehicle. Took the car into Nissan only to find out the transmission needed $2000 worth of work. When I called to talk to the sales rep he stated he would have the manager call me back which didn’t happen until I called back repeatedly. I was told that there was nothing they could do because the car was as is. I understand that the car was as is, but any respectable dealer should sell reliable vehicles or disclose any issues with the vehicle they are selling you. I am a father of 3 kids so having my kids in a reliable and safe vehicle is important. They didn’t care about that and It says a lot about the way they do business and I don’t recommend anyone doing business with them. More
Staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Communication was good and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Waiting area is neat and clean. I brought my car in for a recall notice and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived several says later I was told the repair person who would do the wok wasn't there on the day my appt. was scheduled. So I appointment. John did everything on his end to make it easier on me since I did not have much time or money. Everything but a full walk around of the car and we missed a major side swipe damage on the car.
