You had those coupons available when I had that appointment 4 days ago!!!! Why, or why did you not apply both of those coupons to my tire rotation and oil change this week??????? We got the vehicle that we wanted, which is the most important thing. However, the process seemed extremely difficult. I do not understand why the dealership has not made the process easier and more comfortable. I have had much, much, much better experiences at other dealerships, including a different Subaru dealership in a different state. In the end, there was a critical error on the documentation which required document rework. This shows a lack of quality oversight on the document side and reduces my confidence in the dealership overall. More

I have no complaints at all regarding the service staff or the vehicle maintenance that was performed. However, I was disappointed in the apparent lack of a requirement for masking of customers in the wait or the vehicle maintenance that was performed.
