It was fine but I didn't understand taking photos of my car or the Initial comments on the invoice. I assume that you are just covering your rear end. I had a dead car battery, so I called Bob Rohrman and a tech came right over and gave me a jump for no charge. I drove over to the dealership and got right in for a battery test and a new battery for a goo tech came right over and gave me a jump for no charge. Our car was due for its 90k mile scheduled maintenance. Scheduled the appointment about two weeks ahead of time, and in addition to the scheduled service, we also requested a few additional services (brake Scheduled the appointment about two weeks ahead of time, and in addition to the scheduled service, we also requested a few additional services (brake line flush, new brake pads). Because the service was estimated to take about 2.5 working days, the service department pre-arranged for us to have a courtesy car. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end.
