The service department staff are very friendly and explain everything very well. It is great that they allowed me to see the damaged part on the vehicle while on the car lift. The prices for replacement parts could be a little more competitive but the labor rate is quite fair. I wish they would contact the customer sooner when special order parts arrive in the shop. Were great to help me with my self installed Subaru remote start. Subaru provided a bad unit "out of the box" and they help diagnose this and then programmed it for me after I replaced the controller remote start.
