My husband and I both teach and had a small window of time in which to conveniently get the vehicle in for service. I called in the morning, and you squeezed us into the schedule. In about 30 min. everything was set and ready to go! The bugs were washed off the grill, and extra time was spent patiently explaining a few features of our new vehicle we couldn't figure out. Turned around in the parking lot and showed the service manager. They contacted an interior detailing specialist and paid for them to fix it. Downfall was having to come back with a busy schedule. Otherwise Rachel and the service manager were extremely nice and welcoming. I will be coming back. A Subaru enthusiast group in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois recommended this dealership. They fixed my tire problem. I had made a turn to leave my bank to sharply and ended with a shredded tire. When I made the appointment they were able to replace the tire, realign I had made a turn to leave my bank to sharply and ended with a shredded tire. When I made the appointment they were able to replace the tire, realign all the tires and were very respectful to the wife who made the trip necessary. It did take two trips since they had to order the replacement tire but all went well. I'm just sorry that I didn't get the names of all the people who helped so I could thank them in this review. Blah., No one said a word to me when i walked into the service department. They all saw me, I didn’t get a “I’ll be right with you” or a nod or anything. I had an appointment and the people took care of every walk in, even people who arrived after I did. No one asked me anything. People just drove their cars up and someone took care of them. Since I don’t work there, and there are no signs telling me what to do I stood there like an idiot for 10 minutes. When the guy finally got to me there was no “sorry to make you wait” or anything. When I bought my car everyone was so nice and accommodating, but I guess Subaru has my money now so customer service is out the window. I guess I expected better after spending $46k on a car. I have no idea of anyone’s name who “helped” me, i was too annoyed to look. More

Excellent Customer Service I would highly recommend this place. I ran over some metal on the High way and had to get towed to this dealership. They were very helpful and und I would highly recommend this place. I ran over some metal on the High way and had to get towed to this dealership. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation. I was towed there late in the day and they squeezed me in to check for any damage. They ended up waiving the diagnostic fee and only charged me for the labor to check for damage. They were fantastic! From beginning to end, All the Subaru employees (Roadside Assistance and Dealership) helped make a stressful situation much easier to handle. I will forever be a Subaru customer! More
