Had an ongoing issue with a passenger door. Though it took three trips to the dealership, for parts. Was offered a loaner car, which was nice. I left my car at the center for one full week so they could install an after-market part. My sales rep scheduled a date and time for me to come pick up the car, but when I arrived, the work was simply no could install an after-market part. My sales rep scheduled a date and time for me to come pick up the car, but when I arrived, the work was simply not done. Moreover, I was the one who had to check and identify that the work was not completed -- the service center was completely unaware. They promised to install the part right away, within "45 minutes to an hour," yet an hour and a half later the work still was not done, and I was told it would be a few more hours. Ultimately they gave me a loaner to take home (I live an hour away) and delivered the car later in the afternoon, which was a fine resolution. But it's obvious that the garage does not communicate effectively with the front-of-office staff and struggles to keep track of its workload. Frustrating experience. More

The service was great...my concern is that they had us waiting in an area where workers were not wearing face masks.
