Even with the difficulties of the power outage that left my car up on a hoist, your staff was right on top of things and promptly offered a loaner for me. It was really 5 stars for the service I received but they gave me a scare by not having my appointment on the books when I got there. I have a more complex (and apparently a lot more expensive) car to work on, being the BRZ versus the AWD vehicles that are normal at Subaru.
