I made it very clear I was not ready to buy a new car, just wanted to test out driving SUBARU. Lori took her time to go over Subaru features and abilities, answered all my questions and took me for a very nice test drive. When we came back to her desk, she gave me a nice booklet and went over all possible features of Crosstrek. I had very good feeling about dealing with Lori, as she was very attentive to my needs and not pushy, which I was afraid of going into this experience. When I was ready to buy a car, 3 months later, I came straight to Lori and ended up buying the most wonderful Forester Touring with all the features I could only dream of! I also had my 8 year old daughter with me, Lori made sure we both felt comfortable through this experience. We test drove Crosstrek again, tried out Forester, went over all Forester has to offer.. We ended up with the perfect car for the perfect price! I am very happy with my car buying experience with Lori and would definitely recommend her to anyone for pleasant, easy, informative and honest car buying experience. Electronics I asked for an electronic package ONLY. I was given different packages, but none covering the electronic package only. My friends received one in Gree I asked for an electronic package ONLY. I was given different packages, but none covering the electronic package only. My friends received one in Green Bay for about 900 bucks. I was not offered this. I am very unhappy about this. More
