The transaction details were handled efficiently and friendly. Most importantly the salesman, Sway, was very thorough in acquainting us with all the new features and making sure we had a good working knowledge of all the new safety features. I went for a 75k service, which was going to take about 90-120 minutes. I was going to wait around and I mentioned that I needed to pick up my daughters from school and that it could not go past the 2 hour mark. She immediately said they can get me a loaner so that I don't have to be worried or rushed. I took the loaner and got a call when, my car was done. Much easier than waiting around. More
