The new model that Subaru made was better than we expected. We were not ready to purchase yet. Because of the HASSLE FREE, environment, we plan on returning to complete a purchase in June. I can’t express how comfortable that they me throughout the entire car purchase experience. It all began when we arrived at the dealership, Joe’s high level of customer service started if off right-- during the test drive, explaining everything about the car in detail, asking if there were any other questions, etc. Really made us feel like we made the right decision in coming here for our purchase. Next up… financing--- that is normally not the most fun part of the experience, however, Derek’s thorough explanation of our options and his exceptional personality, made this comfortable as well. He was very low key and didn’t pressure us into anything that we were not interested in purchasing.
