I was not planning on buying a car on that day, I was simply going to "test drive". My sales person Sway was highly knowledgeable on the Outback and "Sold" me on Key features, stuff that might have been missed, but he was very detailed, patient, personable and not pushy. The Sales Manager Scott was one of the Best Managers that I've worked with. He ensured that I was given the best deal, one that I could absolutely not say no to. When It came to signing the final paperwork, Derek was fantastic and so welcoming. At no point did I think I was being pressured to purchase, but they way the presented themselves and the deal given, I had no choice. I will be recommending Kenosha Subaru to my friends! More

Not a great experience this time I usually have an ok experience at this dealer but not this time. The part I ordered was a different size from what the dealer I had a new trailer hitch installed and it was done on time and with great workmanship. The part I ordered was a different size from what the dealer stocks; and after a two week delay because of my schedule between the appointment and the installation. The part was the correct one that I had ordered. No mistakes at this dealership. Also the suggestion that I take advantage of a loner car instead of waiting for the work to be completed was the right advice. The loner was a new car and not something that was just laying around for that purpose. A great experience with this dealership and it's service staff. More
