Excellent Customer Service I would highly recommend this place. I ran over some metal on the High way and had to get towed to this dealership. They were very helpful and und I would highly recommend this place. I ran over some metal on the High way and had to get towed to this dealership. They were very helpful and understanding of my situation. I was towed there late in the day and they squeezed me in to check for any damage. They ended up waiving the diagnostic fee and only charged me for the labor to check for damage. They were fantastic! From beginning to end, All the Subaru employees (Roadside Assistance and Dealership) helped make a stressful situation much easier to handle. I will forever be a Subaru customer! More

Subaru Crosstrek We bought our first Subaru! We did a lot of research and landed on the Crosstrek. What a surprise! The car is absolutely incredible. We loved all the We bought our first Subaru! We loved all the safety features, the car was much roomier on the inside than we thought, and the ride was surprisingly smooth, tight and quiet. Best driving car in its class- by far! We liked it so much that we bought two. Robert and the rest of the staff at Kenosha Subaru were very kind and easy to deal with. It was very noticeable how much Robert and the team were going out of their way to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our Subaru- and this was all after we already purchased the vehicle! I would highly recommend Kenosha Subaru and Robert Rocha. More

It was a bit expensive yet worth the quality. I brought my crosstrek in for a recall notice on the brake light switch. Then also to get an oil change. Free Exterior Car Wash was ok but could have been better considering everything. Overall great service yet pricey and could be better.
