Great Experience! After researching on line, the Subaru Forester looked like a top choice for my wife and me. A very personable young lady, Stephanie Hafez, introduced herself to us as one of the Subaru sales consultants and asked how she could help. She escorted us into the dealership and we all sat down. Stephanie asked what we were looking for and explained all the different options available to us. I gave her the price I was looking to pay along with the main options we were looking for. After listening to us, Stephanie suggested a vehicle on the lot that she thought we might like to try. It was a used loaded 2016 Forester Touring model. It was right in our price range and my wife and I loved it. On our test drive, Stephanie was extremely helpful. She answered all our questions in as much detail as we cared to know. She confessed to being a Subaru owner herself was very enthusiastic about owning a Subaru. Before buying the vehicle, Stephanie arranged for me to drive the vehicle into town and have my mechanic look it over. My mechanic loved it too. Overall, we had a very positive experience buying from this dealership. Joe greeted us at the door and then went through a series of questions to determine which Subaru would best meet our needs, Throughout the purchase process, he was friendly, no pressure and personable. He took so much time to completely walk us through the vehicle before we even took it off the lot. The test drive was not just a cruise around the block. It could have been a defensive driving class as he had me test out all the amazing safety features that the Outback has. Working with Aaron was also a seamless process and the paperwork process was easy and relatively quick. I will definitely be recommending Joe and Kenosha Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Best test drive and purchase ever. I walked into the dealer just looking to do a test drive of a Crosstrek and left with a new one. Joe explained the in’s and out’s of a Subaru since I had never driven one before. Hands down the test drive was the most fun I have ever in any of the automobile’s I have ever owned. I was really amazed that I was able to put the Crosstrek to the test. From the time I came in to when I left was about 2 1/2 hrs and the entire time I was there Joe was explaining all the details about my purchase and the different features of the Crosstrek. He made sure that I was comfortable with the features and if I had any questions about the Crosstrek. Financing was a breeze and Aaron explained everything to the last detail. I am so happy that I made the decision to go in for a test drive that day. More

Blah., No one said a word to me when i walked into the service department. They all saw me, I didn’t get a “I’ll be right with you” or a nod or anything. I had an appointment and the people took care of every walk in, even people who arrived after I did. No one asked me anything. People just drove their cars up and someone took care of them. Since I don’t work there, and there are no signs telling me what to do I stood there like an idiot for 10 minutes. When the guy finally got to me there was no “sorry to make you wait” or anything. When I bought my car everyone was so nice and accommodating, but I guess Subaru has my money now so customer service is out the window. I guess I expected better after spending $46k on a car. I have no idea of anyone’s name who “helped” me, i was too annoyed to look. More
