Otherwise Rachel and the service manager were extremely nice and welcoming. I will be coming back. A Subaru enthusiast group in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois recommended this dealership. They fixed my tire problem. I had made a turn to leave my bank to sharply and ended with a shredded tire. When I made the appointment they were able to replace the tire, realign I had made a turn to leave my bank to sharply and ended with a shredded tire. When I made the appointment they were able to replace the tire, realign all the tires and were very respectful to the wife who made the trip necessary. It did take two trips since they had to order the replacement tire but all went well. I'm just sorry that I didn't get the names of all the people who helped so I could thank them in this review. More
