Our new Ascent was experiencing issues with the frame and struts. Each one failed, but not all at the same time. One would be fixed and next would start making noise. Kenosha Subaru made each repair over se struts. Each one failed, but not all at the same time. One would be fixed and next would start making noise. Kenosha Subaru made each repair over several weeks and I once again have a noise free car. When it continued happening, the service agent finally arranged for a loaner car and had both front springs replaced to have it done. Good people. Friendly, kind and the man who washed my car before pickup, made sure it was spotless. More

Rachel from the service department was awesome to deal with and the company backs up their commitment to safety. I was worried that they'd be like any other dealer and protect the bottom line when I disco with and the company backs up their commitment to safety. But no problem, replacement approved within hours. Will definitely continue coming back for all of my service needs. More
