After discussing my experience Review update: After my recent post below, Dick Baker, the owner loyalty manager, reached out to me about my concerns. After discussing my experience Mr. Baker apologized and didnt want any customer or myself to feel like they are being taken advantage of. He was polite and just as concerned as I was about my visit to Nissan, even offering to remedy this poor experience. His quick attention to my review and fair compensation has convinced me to revise my rating. I will also consider coming back to get my car maintenance done because of this great customer service. Went in to Nissan Zeigler in Orland park to get a P0101 diagnostic and came out with and ECU reprogramming along with a code that suddenly appeared P0456. Before getting it done I said "if the repairs will take care of the code then go for it" nearly a $600 repair. After a day I got the check engine light again. This time I was getting a misfire code P0301. It didn't go away so I took it back and they recommended the fuel injector $216 part plus a $415 installation. Since they didn't have the part I went in 5 days later. During the process they told me P0101 was coming back up. This time "needing a throttle body". I asked what did I pay for the diagnostic at first for, and got told that Nissan recommendations where to do an ECU reprogram with a MAF sensor. Therefore I felt as if they don't really diagnose your vehicle when you pay the $89.99. It's more "what's recommended ". I explained to the service advisor manager Lee that the point of the diagnostic is to pin point what's wrong with the vehicle. He than proceeded telling me those were the recommendations and the only thing he can do is discount on the throttle body. I have spent nearly $2,000 at this Nissan within the month thinking they had great service department. Now I know they don't, and would highly recommend to do your research very well before going into this Nissan for a check engine light diagnostic. More

Above and Beyond My daughter saved forever to buy her first car. She purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue, 50+K miles. Car was in nice condition and ran fine. Totally surprised when she stalled in a busy intersection and couldn’t get the car to move. Had the car towed to Zeigler Nissan in Orland Park. From the first phone call speaking with Falicha until we picked up the repaired vehicle, our experience was amazing. I’ve dealt with other car makes that do not stand behind their vehicles, but Zeigler certainly did even though the car was purchased elsewhere. They honored the warranty, no questions asked and Falicha was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely consider purchasing a Nissan when the need arises a few years down the road. Way to go Falicha and the Zeigler team!! More

After a hour and a half wait and noticed my suv was still sitting outside I went and asked what the hold up was and was told they were busy and others were ahead of me. I was upset because I didn’t think anyone should have to wait that long for a oil change with a appointment. Again a hour and a half and the suv was still sitting outside. I took my keys and left. I was back again today and was very pleased with the service I had and with the service advisor Falicha More
