Not a fan of the prior 2 dealerships I delt with in the past 7 years so I honestly went in to Nissan today with a bit of a negative attitude but the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and serviced b past 7 years so I honestly went in to Nissan today with a bit of a negative attitude but the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and serviced by an upbeat and positive gentleman, Jamie Glassman. He took care of my check engine light problem which happened to be covered under warranty so I thought xxxx might as well get my oil changed while I'm at it. Jamie had me in and out in no time. I walked in with a frown but out with a smile! You got my business! More

I am very satisfied with the service and attention that was given by everyone who took care of my Nissan Rogue. I lease my vehicle. I thought it was time to get the oil changed and I was told I didn't need to do that now. I appreciated their honest concern and integrity. Mr. Davaugh Nicholas, Sales Associate, was kind enough to take the time to explain and show me how to use some of the features that I didn't understand. I'm almost 80 and technically speaking, my comprehension regarding technology is not the greatest. I have Degree but sometimes, I think I should have a horse and buggy with the Surrey On Top. I am amazed at how we got from the horse and buggy to horsepower. Anyway, I applaud the dealership, in Orland Park. They are a 🎁 and a Blessing from GOD. The only thing that i didn’t like was instead of giving a loaner car they make you rent the car. This could be because of bad experiences in the past but I definitely miss that course. More
Service Department - Recall work I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 a.m. 2 week prior to my appointment date. I was greeted by a service employee who took my name and vehicle keys ( I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 a.m. 2 week prior to my appointment date. I was greeted by a service employee who took my name and vehicle keys (8:05 a.m.) and was told to meet her in the service office. Once there she took my name and phone number a told me to have a seat in the waiting area. I made my way through the garage to the service area and took a seat (8:10 a.m.). I could see my vehicle in the workstation bay from my seat. Time elapsed and it was now 9:10 a.m. and no one performed any work on my vehicle, there were 3 mechanics standing in another bay handing out cookies and eating them as if they hadn't eaten in days. No explanation was provided as to why work had not even started on my vehicle. It was at this point I chose to leave and have my work completed at another dealership. *Parts department is just as incompetent, I asked about specific paint codes for my vehicle which are not readliy available from the vehicle information sticker. The parts employee looked up my VIN and stated that the code was not available using the last eight numbers of the VIN. Made no effort to ask anyone or look into any further. Stared at me with a blank face with no explanation. I should have left after that encounter. I would not recommend this service department to anyone!!! More
