I wasn’t expecting the quality service I received. I had my car towed here at 1030 pm and got a call around 745am to tell me they got my car and they’ll call me later with a diagnosis. About 2 hours later t my car towed here at 1030 pm and got a call around 745am to tell me they got my car and they’ll call me later with a diagnosis. About 2 hours later they called and told me what was needed and prices along with recommendations. Got a call a few hours later telling me my car was done, including a factory recall that i knew nothing about. You guys are great...Ill be coming back for years to come. Thanks so much!!!! More
My visit to Zeigler Nissan of Orland Park was in reference to work that was done approximately 10 months ago on the passenger side front headlight. The headlight needed to be replaced last year whic reference to work that was done approximately 10 months ago on the passenger side front headlight. The headlight needed to be replaced last year which entailed a complete headlight assembly. My Altima had just been in for an oil change two weeks ago and the tech indicated that the headlights were in working order. When I had to move my car this past week because of road repairs and it was in the later evening I noticed that the right front passenger headlight was again not functioning. So, I took it to my dealer and explain my problem to which they examined promptly and after looking up my paperwork explained that the parts and labor were still under warranty and that they would happily replace the headlight assembly again with a new one. We set an appointment and I will be back in approximately one week to have the service work done. I could never be more happy with a dealer than I am with Zeigler Nissan of Orland Park and the excellent Service department to which I have been to many times. No matter which service representative I speak with I’m always treated with respect and courtesy and they always take care of my problems. More
I will never have my car serviced by this dealer again. I bought a brand new Maxima on Memorial Day from Kyle. He was great!! Unfortunately there was a rattle under the car and it needed to be fixed. I broug bought a brand new Maxima on Memorial Day from Kyle. He was great!! Unfortunately there was a rattle under the car and it needed to be fixed. I brought the car in a week later only to be told the service tech could not hear the rattling. They kept the car for an additional day and told me they sprayed some type of foam under the center counsel and that took care of the rattle. After picking up the car literally driving a mile the rattle was still there. I informed the dealership who told me to return when I could. I set an appointment up but explained that I would have to take the tech for a ride so they could hear the rattle. The service department said no problem, bring it in before you drop it off. I called a couple weeks later to ask if I could take a tech for a ride. The service department said bring it by and they will take a ride. I get there 10 minutes after the call only to be told by the guy who sits across from Tony to ”take a seat, we’re backed up”. I asked if they could spare someone for 10 minutes and he said “ I said take a seat, we’re backed up”. I left because this was not the customer service I expected from Ziegler. I also purchased a spoiler the first time I brought the car in for repair. When I returned to pick it up, it was nowhere to be found. They forgot to order it. The part was re-ordered and picked up the day the service department couldn’t help out. Later that day I was told that there’s a significant discount on parts if they’re ordered online, up to 30%. Nobody from the dealer brought this to my attention or let me know that parts could be ordered for installation online. Again, great customer service. After being disappointed with Ziegler’s service department, I took my vehicle to another Nissan dealer in Joliet to see if they could fix the rattle. Dropped it off at 6pm and by noon the next day was contacted by their service department and was told the rattle was fixed. It was a loose spring in the emergency brake. How is it that they were able to fix it in less than a day yet Ziegler couldn’t figure it out after 2 days and squirted foam somewhere on the car when it wasn’t necessary. Sorry but after spending what I spent and what my wife was prepared to spend (ask Kyle), and having the experience I had with service and parts, I cannot recommend shopping at this dealership. More

This was my first visit to Zeigler after years of being serviced at others. The service at Zeiglers was hands down the best service I had from any other dealers I visited.
