I will not do business with this dealership in the future. I was disrespected and disregarded from the time I entered the dealership until I left. I ordered car mats online called to ensure they were future. I was disrespected and disregarded from the time I entered the dealership until I left. I ordered car mats online called to ensure they were available and arrived to pick them up. No one greeted me when I entered and someone lead me to a service area where no one was working. After standing there waiting I was eventually told to go to the other service window around the corner. As I stood there both employees ignored me. An employee finally asked for my order # and retrieved the car mats and asked for my drivers license. He then told me to sign the receipt. As I was signing the receipt he informed me that he was going to make a copy of my driver's license. I said no that is not necessary I'm only picking up car mats. So I refused to allow my license to be copied so he refused to give me the mats that I had already paid for online. I then requested a refund and asked for a manager. The sales manager that was on duty on 7/7/21 was rude and wasn't helpful. As I was walking to my car he followed behind me telling me to leave which I was already doing since my refund had been initiated. I am currently awaiting my refund. This entire ordeal was a waste of my time and was Ridiculous.... I will never return to this dealership. More

With an appointment it took 2 hours for an oil change and routine maintenance😩 the dealership was supposed to shuttle me to my nearby home and never did that.
