Since the Fall of 2012, I've had my 2013 Juke serviced only by this Orland Park location. I have dealt with many service advisors. They all brought various levels of expertise to the job. However, none we only by this Orland Park location. I have dealt with many service advisors. They all brought various levels of expertise to the job. However, none were as great as Kevin Rodriguez. He was my service advisor for the last two visits. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He gets my vehicle in and out in the promised time. Kevin is AMAZING, he is so informative, helpful and always making me feel like a great customer. I like the new facility but there was no coffee machine. The work on my car was done in a timely manner. Have a rattle in my car and they visually checked and couldn’t find anything.
