I have owned a 2 Nissan Rogues for the last 10 years. I purchased, and have utilized the Nissan in Orland Park for purchases and services. Tony is a great service manager. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this dealership. The brand new waiting area that supposedly has a “quiet” area and a TV area is all brand new and looks great. Little did I know I should have brought ear buds to drown out the music being played in the area. It was very loud club music. I couldn’t even read my emails. I tolerated it for 10-15 minutes then complained to Tony. He came in and heard the music and said that that wasn’t the music they had to listen to out by their office. He said he’d speak to the manager. Nothing changed so I’m assuming the manager likes blasting house music. I called a friend to hear this because I couldn’t believe that this was the music being played in a waiting area, and a young salesman noticed I was holding my phone up by the speaker. His desk was right there ( didn’t catch his name). I spoke to him about the inappropriate music and he showed me his playlist ( he was controlling the music!). He was arguing with me about the speed of the EDM music. My nerves were shot after 2 hours of sitting in the “quiet” area. An area slightly away from the speaker but still able to hear the music. So the bottom line is, I won’t return to this Nissan for anything, car sales or service. I don’t know if one customer’s complaint will do anything but if anyone I know asks about this dealership, I’ll advise them to bring sound silencing headphones. More
