Out of touch service I truly feel that the service dept needs to be trained on proper follow up and ensure the clients are updated on process as they were promised. I brought in our new Nissan at 8am to have issue checked out. Service person Jaime advised that he would call me in an hour. After two hours I have not revived the call as promised. After 4 hours I called the service dept with no luck. Asked for Jaime as he was no where to be found. Called once again and was put on hold for a while and not response. After 4.5 hours I drove over to the dealership to get a status since calling was unsuccessful. The other tech told me they took care of the problem. I'm giving one star based on the customer service from the other tech. Very fiiendly More
