My 2021 Versa had a recall on the ECM. It took 1.5 hours to complete the Recall service. Zeigler Nissan covered the cost with their relationship with Nissan. It was an open area in the centerof the car showroom. It was comfortable. It had piped in music and a tv. I made myself comfortable and played online cell phone games to pass the time. The whole experience was pleasent and functional. I have had other services with Zeigler Nissan in the past and will continue with them for the next few years. More

They failed to give credible explanations for 2 issues I raised. One issue was a bell which rings each time a bump is hit. Their answer was that the event camera bell rings when the camera goes on. They claimed that the bump was felt as a collision to the camera system. So the camera only goes on after the accident? That makes no sense. In any event the bell should not ring. The second issue is that Android Auto fails to work properly. They claimed that I didn’t update my phone. That too is nonsense since after I updated it, it’s even worse. It seldom works now. This is a main feature of the car. Electronics are not just afterthoughts; they are the car. If you don’t understand that you’re in the tech business as well as the auto business, you need to close shop immediately. More
