Tony Ortiz meets me upon my arrival and I am immediately whisked into like a V.I.P. EVERY time I bring my car in for an oil change or repair service. Not only is it spotlessly clean, there are several places to sit depending on what my preferences are. This time, I opted for the quiet work area, finished some writing at one of the convenient private desks and then moved to a comfy chair to finish my morning tea. As always, Tony was Spot On when he predicted what time my car would be ready and I absolutely love receiving a text as well as an email from the Ziegler Nissan team with a full Multipoint Inspection Report that is so easy to understand. It even includes special sale prices for the services I choose. But, before I can gather my belongings, Tony Ortiz takes the time to speak with me and is ready to go over every detail of my report. Tony's customer service skills are exceptional. When I return to my car, it has received a full car wash and someone, I suspect Tony, has reset my steering wheel and my seat to be perfectly aligned with my back. Seriously! I drove out of the dealership feeling like Royalty in my clean, comfortable, and safely running car. Thank you TONY and the entire team at Ziegler Nissan. You are all Incredible! More

I had to have my car towed in, in the middle of July. Upon calling I had someone who was not helpful over the phone prior to bringing the car in. Once the care arrived he told me they would get started o Upon calling I had someone who was not helpful over the phone prior to bringing the car in. Once the care arrived he told me they would get started on reprogramming of my spare key since my prior keys were missing. I waited and wait following up multiple times only getting the run around. I finally went in after calling again on 07/08 to speak with the manager which Austin assisted. Kevin and Austin tried to pull up the status of the car and what they were waiting on, unsure of what happened with the previous service member and ticket number and transferred over the ticket to Kevin. Kevin was AMAZING, every time I have went into Nissan for any service needed he is always welcoming and explains everything in depth. I never leave with any questions, Kevin always checks what is covered under my warranty before calling to inform me what will be owed. I learned also about towing covered under my specific warranty that was NEVER once mentioned with the prior service person. I am so glad Kevin took over and would HIGHLY recommend going to him anytime you need any service with Nissan. Prior to working with Kevin with this back and forth issue I would never have returned to the Orland location, however now I couldn't recommend this location enough (if you get Kevin). Very happy with how much Kevin helped me. More
