I emailed Tom Maka and explained that my wife and I hate being "lured in" by other dealers promising great things but never delivering. In the first email I asked Tom for his best price on a specific car and he responded quickly with a price that was right in my ball-park. I emailed back with my 1 request and my "trade-in-car" VIN so he could pull up what my used car was worth. Tom responded with the right price on the "new car" and the great "trade-in-value" for my used car (as long as mileage & condition matched what I described it as) and the deal was done. My wife and I went in that night and Tom had John Walters finish our paperwork and we drove home in our new car. No pushy selling me on something I didn't want/need, no trying to "trick" me, nothing... It was the best, most calm, easiest auto purchase I have ever had and I have probably purchased 6 or 7 new cars over the past 20/25 years... So not a lot of cars in my history but enough to know how terrible some dealerships can be when trying to sell you something.... Tom Maka and John Walters did a great job, as well as all the other employees at Zeigler who said hello and/or helped us feel welcomed.. More

Luis is a gem I arrived knowing exactly what I wanted and Luis showed this to me and I quickly realized I was wrong. We went on to a different car and he explained to me all about the car (interior design, trunk space, what comes standard, what upgrades were available, gas mileage, trunk space and he was able to show me how everything worked. I took the car for a test drive and loved it. I went home that day with the 2017 rogue (event though I'd though I wanted a murano) and got the GAP insurance and the 10 years package (you will have to ask Luis about this yourself). It is a no frills dealership that truly takes their time with you, wants to make sure you are getting exactly what you need and explains what is possible. In the end I was presently surprised and happy with my new car. More
