I called and spoke with Stevielyn Schwer - told her the car we were looking at - drove 45 minutes away in a rainstorm - got there the car was already for us to test drive - my daughter was in love with it and the purchase was made! Ask for Michael C or Luis G. Honestly you can basically ask for anyone in there they all go out of the way to help. I was iffy to come in at the beginning due to the fact of other dealers " sales games" but I got assured that they wouldn't play any games with me and they sure kept their end of the bargain. The whole experience was pleasant because he really focused on helping me make a decision on which vehicle was the best for me, not just trying to get me to "just buy anything." I was nervous about driving a new vehicle which was not mine and he allowed us to drive thru the neighborhood ourselves to talk things over. I would recommend Mr. Shearer and Ziegler Nissan to anyone who is interested in trying out any Nissan and letting them guide you to the best vehicle for you...even if it ends up not being a Nissan. How is that for customer service!!! By the way...we Love the Pathfinder. The ride is smooth, steering is responsive and overall a great SUV. More
