His no pressure style in itself was amazing but he also actively engaged in making sure he knew exactly what I was looking for, what I was going to be using the vehicle for and what I needed it to do. The Worst We had the worst experience trying to buy a car. It started by trying to find out if a car listed on their website was really on the lot by email then We had the worst experience trying to buy a car. It started by trying to find out if a car listed on their website was really on the lot by email then by phone. Was promised a call back by a sales manager in 10 minutes and our phone never rang. The next day they did call back and say the car was not on the lot. A half an hour later we got a second call saying the car in fact was there. Turns out the car wasn't there and they are still listed on their website. We decided to go in to drive a different car and for 3 hours got nothing but the run around. We tried to get a price comparison on a couple of financing and down payment options and never got the answer. The sales manager got directly involved in the 20 minutes or so and got extremely angry when we insisted on knowing what our total out of pocket price was on the car. At that point we got up and left never to return. We also are moving our service business to another dealer with some manners. More
