Excellent job Went in for oil change and asked to get my windshield wiper fluid doohickey checked. The part wasn’t initially under warranty but Lee in service was able to help me out and I ended up getting the part covered under warranty. Thanks!!! As a loyal Nissan customer finding out the part wasn’t going to be covered by my expensive warranty, I was ready to get rid of the warranty. My thought was I paid so much for the warranty and if the parts (not what I consider wear and tear) I need werent covered why bother having a warranty; and if these Nissan parts are falling apart why bother coming back to Nissan. I did own an Altima which was very hearty; that’s why I went back to Nissan More

I have been to many dealers in the area this year and always got that sick to your stomach feel when leaving, whether it was from irrogant salespeople, catching salespeople in lies, or just salespeople trying to rush you into something you're not ready for. It was quite refreshing that Bart & Pat were the complete opposite on how they do business. Both men made my family and I feel welcome and we left there feeling like we received a good deal on a vehicle we enjoy. Overall, it was a very painless process and I give credit to Bart and Pat for treating us with respect and valuing our time. If anyone is interested in a Nissan, I would definitely recommend Bart (sales) and Pat (sales manager). More
