John Kowalczyk will always be my salesman John Kowalczyk is my salesman for life, I originally leased my Sentra from a Nissan store he previously worked at and when I told him about my situati John Kowalczyk is my salesman for life, I originally leased my Sentra from a Nissan store he previously worked at and when I told him about my situation a year into my lease which I believed I would be paying a bunch of fees for going over my allowed miles, he told me he is still my guy and got me to finance the vehicle to avoid any fees in the future. I could not believe how easy he made my situation to which I thought I was going to be paying a lot in lease fees. I simply texted him my situation and was told not to worry and the next day I was in at Zeigler Nissan buying my lease out with nothing to worry about. Refreshing experience I thought I made a mistake when I entered my real number in a trucar search. But if I had not Kate Friberg would never have reached out to me. I had a I thought I made a mistake when I entered my real number in a trucar search. But if I had not Kate Friberg would never have reached out to me. I had already purchased a vehicle previously from another Nissan dealership and had been speaking with them as my lease was nearing the end. I gave Kate some of the information they had given me and she simply told me the truth and that what they were telling me was not true. I followed up with the other dealership and it became clear to me they were lying to me. As my lease was still several months away I was willing to wait it out before getting a new vehicle. I was again contacted by my previous dealership and they came back with different information. I was already inclined to not do business with them and I reached back out to Kate as she had been honest with me before. I negotiated back and forth via email between the original dealership and Kate. She brought her manager, Patrick Bobko, into the conversation and he assured me everything Kate was telling me was truthful. They came back with a deal that undercut the other dealer by roughly $50 a month. I asked more questions about money down, walkout price, and they gave me everything and more. They procured the vehicle I wanted from another lot based only on our emails and I arranged to come in to finalize the deal. I was fully prepared to be disappointed with something- the vehicle, the price, the money down, something. I was met outside by Kate and she went over the details of the deal. She showed me the vehicle and it exceeded my desires. The down payment was as she promised and the monthly payment was actually a few dollars less. I spent maybe an hour in total at the dealership before driving off completely satisfied with my experience. I will be more than happy to tell anyone I meet about my experience with Kate and Zeigler Nissan. You have made a loyal customer in me. More
