Met by a young man that smelled like he just finished a cigarette. Test drove vehicle and salesman new nothing about car, price, etc. . .back a dealership and ready to buy the car. Sales manager appears and wants to find out about payments, credit, etc. . .paying cash and writing a check. She is ready to take me to finance before negotiating the car price?? Not willing to move on posted price. Found their car on another website for $800 less. They apologized and would "honor" the price. Would not go lower on an overpriced car with a dent. Would not fix dent. . .not interested in selling the car. Waste of two hours. . TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This is the worst sales force by far I have ever dealt. . .Advice to owner. . wake up and get your people some training! Teach them distributive negotiation and value added selling. Provide a bottle of Febreeze to your staff after smoking breaks. Change your compensation package to motivate your team to actually WANT to move a car off the lot! GOOD LUCK! More

To prove how ready I w This past Saturday, I was ready to buy a car. It was a great day for it too. The weather was warm after a long cold winter. To prove how ready I was, I had already contacted the dealer online and I had filled out the credit app. I brought my brother along for his advice and assistance working a deal. I have heard to many horror stories about girls being taken by a dealership so I was glad to have him along. My positive outlook did not last long though. When we got there the internet sales person passed us off to a different salesman. Next, It was strange most dealers would want to show us the car, give test drive, and sell us the car. We got escorted over to a cubicle of an office and the first question from salesman was what kind of payment are you looking for. My brother was not happy about that so we requested to see and drive the car. We found a car that was close to what we wanted but was wrong color and features. We thought it would be fine for the test drive though. It was at this point that the salesman started trying to push me into a higher priced model than I desired. It was strange too that for some reason, I was limited to driving a set test drive around the block. Only taking right turns and driving on roads where speed limit is 30mph. I did not really consider this as an acceptable test of the ride and handling of the vehicle. Just for the heck of it we agreed to test drive the other, more expensive model. At this time we got a call and the call, and my brother had to go drop off one of the vehicles we came in. We both drove separate. So we figured, he could drop it off and I would swing by in the test drive and pick him up 3 miles away. So he left. It was at this point the salesman started getting bossy and told me that I would not be allowed to take the car off the assigned test drive path around the block. I drove it around the block, decided I did not like it that much and called my brother to let him know he would have to come back. He was not happy and tried to talk to the sales guy, to no avail. At this point the dealer, as a whole, turned really dismissive and disrespectful. They started saying that they didn’t have the Versa I wanted so would need to look at the higher priced Sentra. I was asked to go back to the cubicle to start working out numbers. I asked to see the manager and potentially get another salesman, and the chauvinism and disrespect got worse. I could not get satisfaction so I gave up. So I went outside and waited for my brother to return. When my brother got back I was ready to leave, but he wanted to go speak to the manager, to see what could be resolved. He went in went to see the manager himself. The manger barely acknowledged him with a nod from his seat behind the sales desk. The manager did not even stop working away on the computer to address him. This obviously portrayed the complete and utter lack of respect for his customer. Any respectful business man should have stood up and come around counter to greet him. Suffice it to say the conversation did not go well. There was no customer service. IN fact it seems more focused around lies, excuses, and total lack of respect. To summarize, do not go to this dealership if you want good service. I would not trust any woman to be treated with respect here. They also ran my credit 3 times, two of which are recorded after I left. So that is another reason why to never return. I wish you the best in your vehicle shopping. More
disapointed Very disappointed after 5 yrs of being a customer. I will never go back again!! To make the story short, I took my car for an oil change. the dealer offers a multipurpose inspection with the oil change. After 10 minuets, my car was ready. I was amazed by that. I asked the the staff member if everything was OK with the car. He stated yes. when I asked for the report, I learned that my car was never inspected. I spoke to the general manager, he said that I should never brought in my car on a Saturday. I told him; I wouldn't if I was told that I wont get a good service on Saturdays. I told him that I was disappointed. the General Manager didn't even look at me and kept on flipping some papers he was working on. I told him that he just lost a 5 yrs customer. He said THAT IS FINE WITH ME. He didn't attempt to hear my concerns. What is ironic is that the service technician, acknowledge the mistake and apologized. But the general manager was so unprofessional. Maybe he was upset for being at work on a 40 degrees Saturday in January. To be fair here, the rest of the staff was more professional than the general manager. In summary, I am upset mainly with the way the General MANAGER handled the situation. Also, I feel that the dealer is entitled to let the customer know that an inspection wasn't done. What I f I drove the car with my 3 yrs old daughter thinking that the car is SAFE since it was inspected by the dealer. More

Worst Nissan Ever I have to say this is the worst Nissan i've ever went to in my life. Im a big Nissan fan. To make a long story short. Don't ever get your car serviced I have to say this is the worst Nissan i've ever went to in my life. Im a big Nissan fan. To make a long story short. Don't ever get your car serviced hear. I asked the guy if he had any loaners and he said no. I asked him if i can get a loaner 4 days from now. He said no. Their booked. Which sounded weird. I asked why, and he said their is a long process to getting a loaner car. I could be waiting their all day for a loaner car while their looking at my car. I told him if i make a appointment, I should not be waiting their all day to get a loaner car. Especially if its a appointment set 4 days from now. So then my friend asked so you guys do have loaners in today, and the guy said yes. Which basically means service lied to us and said they didn't have loaner cars when the whole time they did. They also said we could be waiting all day to get a loaner, even with a appointment 4 days from today. Im not a person that likes to throw race into subject. But Im sure other customers will end up getting loaner cars today. Im also sure they don't tell other customers they will be waiting all day for a loaner car. More
Worst dealership to deal with. Went in there to purchase 2013 Nissan NV 2500 HD, no doubt, good price but as always good prices attracts customers but then you will find out about the dealership. Bought the 2013 Nissan NV 2500 HD, no doubt, good price but as always good prices attracts customers but then you will find out about the dealership. Bought the van and went back to get the shelves installed. Not only one place but three places had reasonably long scratch as well as damaged headliner. Went back to manager to discuss and his response were very dull. It's been two months and still waiting response. Would never recommend anyone going there. Worst service when it comes to taking care of customer properly. Worst, worst, worst. More
