He's knowledgeable and honest about the vehicles, his own personal experiences, and what he thought was going to be a good fit for me. He responded to all phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. He worked with us and always replied back in a timely manner. Also, he was respectful and flexible. He even worked it out that when I needed a second key, instead of me driving back to the dealership which is a bit out of my way, the key program representative was able to meet me closer to my job and take care of things. He definitely goes above and beyond in customer service and is great quality car sales representative. Thanks Stan! More

Great experience! I contacted Kate Friberg at Ziegler Nissan of Orland Park after seeing on the Nissan website that her dealership was the closest to me that had the ex I contacted Kate Friberg at Ziegler Nissan of Orland Park after seeing on the Nissan website that her dealership was the closest to me that had the exact configuration of the car I was looking for. Kate let me know that the car I asked about was an order for another customer, but she would find the car I wanted and would work to earn my business even though I lived 6 hours away. Kate found the car, was competitive on pricing, and communicated with me every step of the way. The best part was that I was able to complete all of the process through email, except for signing some paperwork the day that I picked up the car. I'm happy that we bought our new Nissan Leaf from Kate Friberg at Ziegler Nissan! More
