Went to several dealers and let me tell you that the experience that I got at all the other places does not compare to the respect and amazing treatment that I got here at Zeigler Nissan. Ask for Michael C or Luis G. Honestly you can basically ask for anyone in there they all go out of the way to help. I was iffy to come in at the beginning due to the fact of other dealers " sales games" but I got assured that they wouldn't play any games with me and they sure kept their end of the bargain. I will always send my friends and family to this dealership!!! More

The whole experience was pleasant because he really focused on helping me make a decision on which vehicle was the best for me, not just trying to get me to "just buy anything." I was nervous about driving a new vehicle which was not mine and he allowed us to drive thru the neighborhood ourselves to talk things over. I would recommend Mr. Shearer and Ziegler Nissan to anyone who is interested in trying out any Nissan and letting them guide you to the best vehicle for you...even if it ends up not being a Nissan. How is that for customer service!!! By the way...we Love the Pathfinder. The ride is smooth, steering is responsive and overall a great SUV. More

Luis is the BEST!!!! I walked in with my eyes set on a luxury vehicle an open car loan, a low credit score and student loans. Best new car buying experience. Accomplished 90% online.. This was the best new car buying experience I have had. Zeigler Nissan will be the first place I look at any time I need a new car in the future. I e This was the best new car buying experience I have had. I emailed Tom Maka and explained that my wife and I hate being "lured in" by other dealers promising great things but never delivering. In the first email I asked Tom for his best price on a specific car and he responded quickly with a price that was right in my ball-park. I emailed back with my 1 request and my "trade-in-car" VIN so he could pull up what my used car was worth. Tom responded with the right price on the "new car" and the great "trade-in-value" for my used car (as long as mileage & condition matched what I described it as) and the deal was done. My wife and I went in that night and Tom had John Walters finish our paperwork and we drove home in our new car. No pushy selling me on something I didn't want/need, no trying to "trick" me, nothing... It was the best, most calm, easiest auto purchase I have ever had and I have probably purchased 6 or 7 new cars over the past 20/25 years... So not a lot of cars in my history but enough to know how terrible some dealerships can be when trying to sell you something.... Tom Maka and John Walters did a great job, as well as all the other employees at Zeigler who said hello and/or helped us feel welcomed.. More

The Salesman Bart O was patient, kind and very detailed We came in about a week ago to see what our options were for trading in our 2010 Rogue and possibly leasing a new Rogue. As soon as we walked in we w We came in about a week ago to see what our options were for trading in our 2010 Rogue and possibly leasing a new Rogue. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by everyone! They were all very welcoming. Bart Oborka came over and answered all of our immediate questions. He never once made us feel rushed or like he was selling us. They brought out a coloring book to keep my 2 year old entertained while we worked on the numbers. Bart O had a lot of patience with all of my husband and I's questions about the specs and the numbers on the cars. We were able to figure out that we needed a more substantial down payment in order to get the monthly payments where we wanted. Bart was honest and didn't try to trick us or sell us into something we couldn't afford and that meant everything to someone who has been screwed over by a dealer before. Bart kept up with my by text and email to let me know that a new leasing option was available and asked if we were still interested. We were so we came back the next Saturday and went for a final test drive and decided to finalized everything and lease the car right there! As soon as Mike was available, he walked us through financing and made sure we understood every single thing we signed and were agreeing to. This is the absolute first time that I have walked out of a dealership and felt completely confident that we got and understood the best deal possible for us. Bart walked me through every number to the last dollar. I told you he is very patient and kind! I cannot recommend Bart O, Mike from Finance and Zeigler Orland Nissan enough to anyone. Definitely make them your first stop on your list :) More
