Disappointed! Lug nuts not tightened on front wheel I left the service department and I had a really bad wheel wobble. I got out of my car to discover that the lug nuts on the front driver side were loo I left the service department and I had a really bad wheel wobble. I got out of my car to discover that the lug nuts on the front driver side were loose and not tightened down. I had to tighten them. Very dangerous I had my six year old child with me and praise God that the wheel did not come off! More

They didn’t have the color we wanted but they located it and it was in the dealership the next day! Great experience. Paperwork was done in minutea- finance manager was awesome. Highly recommended. New management here made a tremendous difference. If you read old reviews- they are probably old and from previous management- I know this because I had a bad experience 3 years ago with the previous management. More

Decent people, not a great experience The people were very friendly, but I felt tricked when it came to pricing. I asked for pricing to be emailed to me, and a price was emailed to me that The people were very friendly, but I felt tricked when it came to pricing. I asked for pricing to be emailed to me, and a price was emailed to me that I didn’t qualify for, but no questions were asked about what I did qualify for. It was also not made clear that if I took any discounts, I was no longer able to get the best financing option (0%) that they advertised. It felt like a lot of bait and switch going on and it made me very uncomfortable. But I loved the car and that’s really what it came down to. I still am convinced I could have gotten a better price somewhere else, even if it wasn’t Nissan. More
