I wasn't in the market for a new car since I have a 2017 Nissan Maxima, and only stopped in to take advantage of a $100 giftcard, test drive promotion. My Sales Specialist, Lorena Riviera, was very underst Nissan Maxima, and only stopped in to take advantage of a $100 giftcard, test drive promotion. My Sales Specialist, Lorena Riviera, was very understanding of that and provided the same welcoming and informative experience as I'm sure she would have to anyone actually in to purchase a vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought parts and paid online. It was their own site and their own prices. I wasn't trying to negotiate. Then I get an email saying they wanted more money or cancel the order. Brought a CPO 2020 Altima at a really good price. Brianna was amazing and a wonderful saleswoman to work with. Process was smooth and quick. One issue is that my heated seats didn't work and I had Brianna was amazing and a wonderful saleswoman to work with. Process was smooth and quick. One issue is that my heated seats didn't work and I had to go back in today to get them fixed. This should have been something checked during the CPO 167 inspection process. Overall best experience buying a car I've ever had. More
