I was done in 15 minutes because no finance was needed because I walked in with a check paid in full! It was a long day already for me and the have to wait that long was ridiculous. Overall the manage Sam tried to console me along with the fairly new young salesperson. I appreciate those two guys for trying to keep me calm and at ease. However the negotiation were intense. I did research online for the exact car I wanted. Ziegler had it. I drove an hour from Northwest Indiana. Although I liked the car I originally went there to look at, which was a 2021 Altima, I fell Ziegler had it. I drove an hour from Northwest Indiana. Although I liked the car I originally went there to look at, which was a 2021 Altima, I fell in love with a burnt orange, sporty Maxima. My salesman, Grant Wright, did a great job. He was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly throughout the whole process. I sometimes cringe going to car dealerships because I don’t want to be pressured to buy something then regret it later. Grant was not like that. I believe he genuinely wanted me to find the perfect car for me. He got me a good price and a great interest rate. I would highly recommend him!
