Best service department around. I drive about 2 hours to visit Jay the service tech. He always does a great job with my Pathfinder, it feels brand new every time I drive it off the the Zeigler lot in Orlan visit Jay the service tech. After multiple conversations with a salesperson, I drove two hours ready to pay cash at the listed price of $21,000. Once there I was told I was REQUIRED to pay another $6000 for the “Ziegler Advantage,” w two hours ready to pay cash at the listed price of $21,000. Once there I was told I was REQUIRED to pay another $6000 for the “Ziegler Advantage,” which amounted to a list of meaningless fluff they trot out on a laminated sheet at the end. When I laughed and got up to leave they said — “Wait, how about $3,000?” Do yourself a favor, add $3k to $6k to ANY listed price. Do yourself a bigger favor and shop somewhere else. More

Djamal was my sales associate and his kind and patient hospitality is a rare oyster in the sea of dealerships. I was interested in the new Nissan Kicks and Djamal’s kind and talkative personality made the process lighter and not as stressful compared to other dealerships I went to in the past. The financing eligibility took the longest out of the whole process but in the end was worth it. If I were to buy another car I’d definitely hit up Djamal the next time I’m in the area. More
Wish there was negative stars. Brought my car in October 4th and just got it back yesterday Dec 4. Almost had an accident because the hood on my 2014 Altima flew up and hit the windshield going 30, this was 4th and just got it back yesterday Dec 4. Almost had an accident because the hood on my 2014 Altima flew up and hit the windshield going 30, this was to due to a hood latch defect. It had the ECU to be replaced also on a 14 Altima $1900+. Called service, I couldn't tell you how many times, to check the status of the car with no response until I went in and talked with the service manager. When I got the car back there was 14 miles left on the tank of gas and I know it had plenty when I bought it in. I will NEVER NEVER buy another Nissan or recommend a soul to Nissan service especially Zeigler of Orland. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I fell the public should know.
