My 2024 Rouge was brought in for a driver side door defect. I purchased the car new in June 2024 at Ziegler. I was given a nice loner car at no charge for 2 weeks. A 2025 Rouge. The time my car wa defect. I purchased the car new in June 2024 at Ziegler. I was given a nice loner car at no charge for 2 weeks. A 2025 Rouge. The time my car was at body shop. The repairs at body shop was no charge. They appeared to be done correctly. The door opened and closed properly. Adam was courteous and helpful. However, the door defect was a possible manufacturing failure and should be addressed at the assembly plant. Ziegler Nissan was not the problem. My 6 month old Rouge should not have this problem.
