My dad decided that for his 76th birthday he wanted a new 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. We contacted Roberto is sales who from the very beginning, with years of sales and customer service experience, turned this into what my dad describes as "the easiest and most relaxing car purchase I have ever made". Now keep in mind that in his 76 years he bought over 8 new cars, so this is definitely not his first rodeo. Roberto's thorough knowledge of the product and his courteous, professional demeanor was very comforting to me and my father. He answered all of our many questions (no matter how many times we asked the same ones- lol), guided us through the option choices, and patiently explained every feature of the vehicle. The quality of service, attention to detail and professionalism of Rosen Nissan is second to none. Our salesman Roberto, Rich Spears in financing, down to the porters and mechanics who prepped the vehicle all performed their jobs flawlessly. I live in Oak Park which is 50 miles away from Rosen Nissan Gurnee and level of service we received was well worth it.:-) Darren Jackson More

It was notable how little pressure to buy that day ( as was the case from no less than three other dealers) was afforded me during my search. Rob spent ample time during the test drives with me and then with my wife as well, taking time to point out specific features, advantages, and benefits of each of the vehicles we tested. We certainly feel that he made our choice an easy one by the time he spent detailing answers to our questions. This was the first time I had leased a car for personal use and as a result had numerous questions. During my visits, and frequent phone conversations Rob was always patient and thorough. I would also commend Sean Liddy who spent time with me on Rob's day off. Though not his sale, he was very happy to help and was most accommodating. In both cases I received all the help I needed to make a decision to lease a new car from Rosen. Gentlemen, thanks ever so much for working with us and helping us choose my wife's new Juke. She loves driving it and feels that she has made the best decision for her needs. I am sure you have heard this before, but we will be most happy to return to Rosen Nissan Gurnee for future needs. I went to Rosen and Sean hooked me up with the exact car I was seeking. He went over every detail of the car and the financing. I drove off in my beautiful new Altima spending less than anticipated and stress free. It's nice to work with an honest dealer who isn't just trying to make a sale. Went to look at a used car. Everything looked good visually, but on the test drive the low oil pressure light came on. Immediately decided we didn't want the car due to this, and the sales person deci visually, but on the test drive the low oil pressure light came on. I agreed and commented that it may be a huge deal as well and we're not interested. He called back to say the service dept didn't find any codes so it's okay. He then argued that it's okay because there were no codes. This didn't change the fact the light had come on, which may have indicated an actual mechanical problem. Furthermore, we placed a deposit for them to hold the car, which was to be refunded regardless of our decision to purchase. After numerous calls to have them refund the deposit, they actually charged us again. After the second charge they became completely uncooperative. 100% dissatisfied! More

My first experience at Rosen Nissan was for maintenance and repairs on my wife's Murano. After some frustrating experiences with other service departments, I was extremely happy with the service manager's visual explanation of what repairs were recommended before they proceeded with any work. We then had the pleasure of working with Erika Samis in sales to help us pick out a new 2014 Nissan Rogue SL. The model we wanted had been sold by the time we were ready to buy, but Erika and manager Joe Lage were able to locate the model we wanted with the interior, exterior, and accessories we wanted in less 2 weeks. Rick Caruso, the finance manager, was able to help us negotiate a very competitive rate, which allowed us to purchase the extended warranty, gap insurance and maintenance packages that made us feel safe about our purchase for the life of our car. When we realized an error on our paperwork, Rick drove to us that day to fix the issue and made sure that everything was made right. Erika Samis and Joe Lage have both followed up with us to make sure that we have been happy with our purchase and the experience. We look forward to working with the Rosen service team in the future and their sales team again when we are in the market for our next vehicle. More
