One star only because I can’t put 0 we were met on the lot by Alfredo who greeted us on the lot and we test drove the car. We went in to talk numbers and what was a 27000$ car quickly turned in to a 33000$ car they apparently automatically added on a 3000$ z package which we were told was ceramic coating we promptly declined the package as that was something we were not looking for, he then went in to the back room to talk to the manager on taking off the z package when he returned he said the package could not be removed we asked why and there was no answer he then said he could not help us and we asked to speak to the manager in the back he came out in told us that someone already put a deposit on this car which makes no sense as when we called they said it was available so don’t know who magically put a deposit on it in 20 minutes. If looking to buy a car from Zeigler Nissan or any Zeigler dealer watch out they operate on low integrity and be prepared to pay well over advertised price More
I was conned out of $180 for the service center’s mistake. I came in For an oil change and was asked if there were any issues that may need attention and I told them my AC was blowing out warm air. T mistake. I came in For an oil change and was asked if there were any issues that may need attention and I told them my AC was blowing out warm air. Then after they did the multipoint inspection The service advisor told me how much it would be to fix the issues and I told her that that was way more than I could afford to spend, and I would just stick to the oil change, then I was told that she had to check and make sure they hadn’t already started the service on it, even though she never had my approval to begin with. Then she said they had already put in the dye to detect if there was a leak, which I never approved and they didn’t even test it to see if charging it would suffice ahead of time, then I was forced to pay for that when I could have gone to my local autozone or mechanic and just put freon for a few bucks. Unacceptable and unprofessional. More
Brought my car in 12/2023 for oil change, and again at the end of April 2024 for a trans flush and inspection as i was driving to Florida and wanted to make sure my car was ok. I was told everything was f the end of April 2024 for a trans flush and inspection as i was driving to Florida and wanted to make sure my car was ok. I was told everything was fine. Had my oil changed in Florida at Maus. It’s unfortunate that I had such a contrasting experience between the two dealerships, Maus and Zeigler, when it came to servicing My car. Let’s break down the differences I observed: Maus: Service Experience: At Maus, I were treated with care and attention from the moment I arrived. They photographed various aspects of your vehicle, including opening the hood and measuring tire tread. This thorough approach instills confidence in their service. Inspection Process: The inspection at Maus was comprehensive, taking about 30 minutes. They provided me with detailed pictures and an estimate, ensuring transparency. Customer-Centric Approach: Maus made me feel valued, emphasizing the importance of basic checks and ensuring my safety. Result: I left with a clear understanding of your car’s condition and the necessary repairs. Zeigler: Service Experience: Unfortunately, Zeigler fell short in terms of customer care. Their lack of attention to detail, absence of photographs, and subpar car wash left me dissatisfied. Inspection Process: Without proper documentation, it’s challenging to assess the extent of the issues. Zeigler’s oversight could have serious consequences, especially considering the control arm damage. More
